1. Thank You

Thank you for supporting the Mari Verdugo for Eden Prairie School Board campaign. Contributions help support campaign activities in accordance with applicable federal and Minnesota law.
 

2. Voluntary Contributions

All contributions are voluntary and are made to support the campaign's lawful political activities.

Submitting a contribution does not create any expectation of official action, influence, endorsement, or special access.
 

3. Compliance with Minnesota Law

The Campaign accepts contributions only as permitted by applicable law and complies with Minnesota campaign finance requirements applicable to local candidates and candidate committees.
 

The Campaign reserves the right to decline, refuse, return, or refund any contribution that cannot legally be accepted or that cannot be verified as compliant with applicable law. Contribution limits, reporting requirements, and other legal obligations are governed by Minnesota law and may change.
 

4. Payment Processing

Online contributions are processed through secure third-party payment providers integrated with the Wix platform.

Payment processors maintain their own privacy policies, terms of service, and security practices. The Campaign does not store complete payment card information on its website.
 

5. Refunds

Contributions are generally considered final and are not refundable.

However, the Campaign may issue a refund or return a contribution when:
 

• required by law;

• a contribution cannot legally be accepted;

• an administrative or processing error occurred; or

• the Campaign determines that returning the contribution is appropriate.

6. Receipts

When available, contributors will receive an electronic confirmation or receipt for their contribution. Contributors are responsible for maintaining their own financial records.
 

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to help protect information submitted through the donation process. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
 

8. Privacy

Information collected during the donation process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
